We get it. Life happens and sometimes plans fall through. If you're not able to make your scheduled tour, you can simply reach out to your local contact and reschedule. If we're not able to make arrangements to have you visit, there is a possibility you'll be responsible to pay for the value of any  incentive(s) you've already received.

The typical itinerary during the agreed-upon time includes a meet and greet, a timeshare overview, a tour of a few suites, and a visit to the property.

Nope. All you've committed to is the presentation.

Of course not. But once you get a good look at the resort and its amenities, we won't blame you if you want to stick around for a while.

Club Wyndham properties comply with ADA regulations. Let your sales associate know of any special needs you require, so we can make sure that all members of your party are accommodated.

During our time together at the presentation, we'll match your vacation style with specific opportunities. Because those opportunities are always being updated, we can't guarantee they'll be available later.

There is no childcare on-site. If you must bring children, we encourage only bringing older children who can self-entertain, as no services are provided and space is limited.

Buying a Timeshare

You have the right to change your mind about any purchase you make within ten days. 

Your sales associate and/or sales manager will provide you with their phone numbers and email addresses. You can contact them directly if you have any questions after you leave the resort, or use the Contact Us form.

Pretty much as soon as we process your purchase. We'll provide you with full instructions so you can reserve a vacation online. We can even help you book right then and there at the sales center. Once you leave, we'll reach out to you either by phone or email to make sure you've got everything you need to get started.
