Book it to your next bucket list vacation. Your Undivided Interest Contract, also known as a UDI Contract, awards points either annually or biennially (every odd or even year).

During the year you receive points, you can take full advantage of all the benefits that come along with your ownership including but not limited to:

• Advance Reservation Priority (ARP) which allows you to book reservations at your “home” resort 13-10 months prior to your check-in date.
• Standard reservations which can be made for any Club Wyndham resort up to 10 months in advance of your desired check-in date.

Don’t forget: you can book your vacation before your Use Year begins, no matter when you receive your points. If you own a biennial UDI Contract, you have options to travel in your off-year by renting or borrowing points, so you can continue to experience the flexibility of your vacation ownership.

Important Information:

• Half of your biennial allocation of points count toward your VIP status.
• Biennial Contract owners are billed half the annual maintenance fees each year so the payment is spread over two years.
