  • Who can attend the Connections: Exclusive Events?

    All Club Wyndham owners and their guests are invited to attend these events. Owners are able to bring as many guests as their suite type accommodates. It is recommended that attendees be 21 years of age or older. Attendees under the age of 21 may run the risk of not being able to partake in some of the activities on the itinerary.

    • Air conditioning
    • No elevators
    • Front desk hours: 7 a.m.-11 p.m.
    • If you plan to arrive at the resort outside of normal front desk hours, please call the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.
    • This Club Wyndham South Pacific property is an affiliate resort and is not a part of WorldMark, The Club.
    • Credit card signature authorizations are not accepted at Club Wyndham South Pacific locations. To use a credit card at this resort, please contact your credit card provider ahead of time to set up a PIN number for authorizations.
    • On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. An overflow parking area is also available nearby that can accommodate larger vehicles.
    • Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-9 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information.
  • What suite type will I receive with my reservation?

    Each event has a different set of suite types available for owners to select from. Suite selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis with the following options:

    2-bedroom deluxe ocean view at 132,000 points accommodates 6 attendees

  • Can I make more than one reservation?

    In order to allow several owners along with their friends and family to enjoy these events, each owner within an account is allowed to have a reservation under their name. There will be one suite assigned per reservation. Normal program rules apply.

  • Will this reservation show in my account?

    After you complete your registration, your reservation will appear in your account within 7-10 days. If there are any hiccups on completing your reservation, a Club Wyndham vacation guide will reach out to you.

  • Are Housekeeping Credit and/or Reservation Transaction needed for my reservation?

    Yes, one Housekeeping Credit and one Reservation Transaction is required per reservation. If you are out of Housekeeping Credits and/or Reservation Transactions, a Club Wyndham guide will reach out to you to complete your reservation after your registration has been submitted.

  • Can I extend my resort stay past the event dates?

    Of course you can! Extend the fun as long as you would like, just book additional days through your ownership as you regularly would once the reservation is added to your Club Wyndham account. Please note that if additional days are booked, you may be subject to a suite change.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Life happens. Plans change. And sometimes you have to cancel that vacation you’ve been looking forward to. To receive a full refund on your reservation, you will need to do so 31 days or more prior to the event check in date. If you cancel your reservation 30 to 15 days prior to check in, you will receive a full refund for the points used towards the event. The points will be returned to the Use Year from which they came and will retain all of their original benefits.

  • What is included in the cost of my reservation?

    Your reservation covers your stay at the resort, the transportation to and from each activity, the activity itself, and any meals listed on the itinerary. Any other adventures you choose to engage in will be at your expense.

  • What should I expect from these events?

    Plan to have a great time, explore the city, and meet fellow Club Wyndham owners. Kick back and relax knowing that all the activities on the itinerary have been cared for. This includes any transportation to and from the activities. Your main concern is to be on time for each activity gathering before departure to and from the resort. During your free time, you are encouraged to either venture out into the city or take it easy and unwind at the resort.

    Please note that only the meals listed on the itinerary are covered.

  • Will owners with VIP benefits receive a VIP by Wyndham points discount for their reservation?

    As Club Wyndham owners with VIP by Wyndham benefits, you will receive the points discount associated with your VIP tier.

  • Will there be VIP exclusive activities?

    At each Connections Event, there will be additional activities other than those listed above that are exclusively for owners with VIP by Wyndham benefits. You will receive more details on these fun-filled activities a couple of weeks prior to the event.

  • Do I have to attend all activities listed on the itinerary?

    Although it is highly encouraged that you take advantage of all the activities lined up for you, there are no obligations to attend them all. However, if you choose not to participate in a given activity, no refund or credit will be issued. Free time is built into the itinerary to give you the opportunity to discover the city for yourself.

  • Will transportation be provided to and from each activity on the itinerary?

    Yes, all transportation needs to get you to and from each activity on the itinerary will be covered. For the activities that are only a short walk away from the resort, the group will meet to venture out together. Any additional travels throughout the city will be at your expense.

  • Will there be staff at the resort guiding me through the activities?

    Yes, there will be event staff on site to guide you through the activities and any questions or concerns that arise. You will also be given detailed information prior to the event on the meeting time and location for each activity’s departure.

  • Does the resort have any additional fees I should be aware of?

    To make this trip one of the best vacations yet, we have covered all your transportation needs to get you to and from each activity on the itinerary. If you choose to bring your own vehicle, please note that Club Wyndham Austin has a daily parking fee of $30 per day.

  • What safety precautions are being taken towards COVID-19?

    We are actively monitoring and following all local, state, and federal CDC guidelines and recommendations to prevent and reduce the spread of coronavirus. The resort is Vacation Ready™ for you with an enhanced set of cleaning methods and standards to minimize risk and maximize safety. During the event, all resort and event staff will wear a face mask or covering. While at the resort, guests are encouraged to wear masks while indoors, but are not required to do so unless local mandates are in place. It is also possible that some activity venues may have specific face mask or covering guidelines that will need to be followed.
