Common Questions

  • Who can attend Connections: Exclusive Events?

    All Club Wyndham owners and their guests are invited to attend these events. Owners are able to bring as many guests as their suite type accommodates. It is recommended that attendees be 21 years of age or older. Attendees under the age of 21 may not be able to participate in some of the activities on the itinerary.

  • What suite type will I receive with my reservation?

    Each event has a different set of suite types available for your selection. Reservations will be on a first come, first served basis. Suite type details for each event are included in the event overview.

  • Can I make more than one reservation?

    To ensure as many owners are able to enjoy these events as possible, each owner within a membership may have a single reservation under their name. There will be one suite assigned per reservation. Normal program rules apply.

  • Will this reservation show in my account?

    After you complete your event registration, your reservation will appear in your account within 7-10 days. A Club Wyndham vacation guide will reach out to you if any questions or concerns arise during the reservation process.

  • Are Housekeeping Credit and/or Reservation Transaction needed for my reservation?

    One Housekeeping Credit and one Reservation Transaction are required per reservation. If you have no remaining Housekeeping Credits and/or Reservation Transactions, a Club Wyndham vacation guide will contact you to complete your reservation after your event registration has been submitted.

  • Can I extend my resort stay past the event dates?

    Definitely! Extend the fun as long as you would like, just book additional nights as you regularly would once the reservation is added to your Club Wyndham account. Please note that if additional days are booked, you may be subject to a suite change.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Life happens. Plans change. And sometimes you have to cancel that vacation you’ve been looking forward to. To receive a full refund of the points and event fee, you will need to cancel 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. If you cancel your reservation 30 to 15 days prior to check in, you will only receive a full refund of the points used for the reservation, but not the event fee. The points will be returned to the Use Year from which they came and will retain all of their original benefits.

  • What is included in the cost of my reservation?

    Your reservation covers your stay at the resort, all activities and meals listed on the event’s itinerary, and the transportation to and from each activity. Any other adventures you choose to participate in will be at your expense. Please note that only the meals listed on the itinerary are included.

  • What should I expect from these events?

    Expect to have a great time, explore the city, and meet fellow Club Wyndham owners. Kick back and relax knowing that all the activities on the itinerary have been cared for, including transportation to and from the activities. Your main concern is to be on time for each activity. During your free time, you are encouraged to either venture out into the city or relax at the resort.

  • Will owners with VIP benefits receive a VIP by Wyndham points discount for their reservation?

    Club Wyndham owners with VIP by Wyndham benefits will receive the points discount associated with their VIP tier.

  • Will there be VIP exclusive activities?

    At each Connections: Exclusive Event, there will be additional activities not listed on the standard event itinerary that are exclusively for owners with VIP by Wyndham benefits. More details on these fun-filled activities will be shared with eligible owners two weeks prior to the event.

  • Do I have to attend all activities listed on the itinerary?

    Although it is highly encouraged that you take advantage of all the activities planned for you, you are not obligated to attend them all. However, if you choose not to participate in a given activity, no refund or credit will be issued. Free time is built into the itinerary to give you the opportunity to discover the city for yourself.

  • Will transportation be provided to and from each activity on the itinerary?

    Yes, all transportation to and from each activity on the itinerary will be provided. Certain activities may be within walking distance of the resort — for these, the group will meet to venture out together. Any transportation to activities not included on the itinerary will be at your own expense.

  • Will there be staff at the resort guiding me through the activities?

    Yes, there will be event staff on site to guide you through the activities and help with any questions or concerns that arise. You will also be given detailed information prior to the event on the meeting time and departure location for each activity.

  • Does the resort have any additional fees I should be aware of?

    Certain resorts do have fees for parking and/or onsite taxes that may need to be collected upon arrival. Your reservation confirmation will have detailed information to help you plan ahead.

  • What safety precautions are being taken towards COVID-19?

    We are actively monitoring and following all local, state, and federal guidelines and CDC recommendations to prevent and reduce the spread of coronavirus. The resort is Vacation Ready™ for you with an enhanced set of cleaning methods and standards to minimize risk and maximize safety. During the event, all resort and event staff will wear a face mask or covering. While at the resort, guests are encouraged to wear masks while indoors, but are not required to do so unless local mandates are in place. It is also possible that some activity venues may have specific face mask or covering guidelines that will need to be followed.
