Club Wyndham offers different ownership programs that come with unique benefits to cater to all vacation styles. Club Wyndham owners can visit a variety of timeshare resorts in sought-after destinations through a flexible, points-based system that allows them to travel when and where they want. Club Wyndham points are your vacation currency and are used to pay for the resort accommodations you request. The amount of points you need will vary based on the resort you choose, the suite size, your length of stay, and the season your reservation falls into. Every resort has a points chart to indicate how much you’ll need to spend for your vacation.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.

Life happens. Plans Change. And luckily, Club Wyndham offers a flexible cancellation policy. If your reservation is canceled 15 days or more before the check-in date, the points used for the reservation will be returned to the Use Year from which they came and will retain all of their original benefits.
For a reservation made within 15 days or less prior to check-in, you have 24 hours to cancel your reservation without forfeiting your points.
For a reservation made the same day as check-in, you must cancel by 11:59 p.m. ET to avoid points forfeiture.
Suite requests can be made as you book your reservation, if this option is available for your resort. Requests are only available to Gold, Platinum, and Founders owners and cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance Fee conversions are currently unavailable online. Please contact the Vacation Planning Center at 800-251-8736. Mon – Fri 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sat -Sun at 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
An unavailable continuous stay means the same suite size is not available for more than two days and you will be required to move to a different suite during your vacation.
At this time, you cannot use your points to purchase Housekeeping Credits. However, you can purchase additional Housekeeping Credits for only $175.
Yes! As an owner you have the luxury of using your points on car rentals, hotel stays, cruises, and air travel. Call the Travel Department at 800-732-0203 for assistance on travel arrangements and total of point conversions. Due to the time it takes to convert the points, it is best to make reservation at least 60 days in advance.
