The 110% Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches on cruise, tour, hotel, car rental, and activity bookings. Air travel and Brightline Train Service is excluded. All booking details, including the following, must exactly match the details of the product you booked with Club Wyndham Travel: specific carrier or provider (including class of service), hotel (including room type and cancellation policy), cruise line (including ship, cabin category and rate category), rental car company and vehicle class, applicable refund policy, dates and times of travel or service, routings (such as same stopovers), and same travelers.
The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact Club Wyndham Travel and found within 48 hours of original purchase date. Screenshot must be provided as proof of the lower rate within the 48-hour window. All booking details must exactly match the details of the product you booked through Club Wyndham Travel. Qualifying products and itineraries must be advertised and publicly available at the time of your call. The following do not qualify as lower rates:
Rates that are booked through a membership-based association, corporate/meeting discount, group program, rewards or incentive program, charter, consolidator, interline, military, student, government or tour operator fares, coupons, bulk rate, auction site, priced using coupon or any other rates or promotions not offered to the public.

The qualifying lower rate must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars (without reference to currency converters). All travel must originate in the United States. Our 110% Best Price Guarantee applies only to the base cost of the travel product. It does not include taxes and fees or any additional items. Onboard amenities, gift cards/certificates, cash back and/or dollars off are not eligible toward lower price.
In the event that a rate or offer has residency, age and/or other requirements, to qualify the Our 110% Best Price Guarantee, you must meet all such requirements applicable to that rate or offer. Club Wyndham Travel reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the 110% Best Price Guarantee policy or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability. Any changes will be advertised on the Club Wyndham website. For the 110% Best Price Guarantee policy to apply, Club Wyndham Travel must be able to verify that competitors' rates and offers are available for purchase at the time you wish to utilize the 110% Best Price Guarantee.
If your refund request is approved, the payment method used for your purchase will be credited 100% of the price within 7- 10 business days of approval. Within 15 days of completion of travel, the additional 10% of the original price quoted by Club Wyndham Travel will be credited to the payment method used.
