What is the Wyndham Resale Program?

Our Direct Resale program is built specifically to allow qualified owners with a loan balance to sell their ownership directly back to us. This allows you to transition out of your contract through an official channel, rather than navigating the uncertainties of the secondary market or third-party resellers.

In general, the Direct Resale program is open to:

Club Wyndham Access (CWA) owners who have fewer than 300,000 points and an existing loan balance
WorldMark by Wyndham (WBW) owners who have fewer than 18,000 credits and an existing loan balance.
