Ownership & Contract Types
Converted Float / Flex Week Contract
A Float/Flex Week Contract is an ownership conversion from a specific suite type during a specific season into points equal to the value of that suite.
Club Wyndham owners who have converted their Float/Flex Week Contract into the Club Wyndham program are able to enjoy the flexibility of points.
Converting the Float/Flex Week Contract into points allows you to make reservations at any Club Wyndham resort location up to 10 months in advance of your desired check-in date. In addition, exclusive Float/Flex Week reservations may be made for your “home” resort during the Advance Reservation Priority (ARP) window online or by calling the Vacation Planning Center at 800-251-8736.
All converted float and flex week owners will have a 12/31 Use Year.
Reservations for your float or flex week “home” resort will not be automatically reserved.
