LABOR DAY EARLY CLOSURE
All Club Wyndham Vacation Club service departments will be closed as of 6:00 p.m. ET on Monday, September 2nd, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. The Vacation Planning Center will reopen Tuesday, September 3rd at 8:00 a.m. ET. But, you can still book those bucket list vacations online.

What if I can't travel this year?

Save some or all of your current points for next year or the year after using the Points Deposit Feature. Your window for making the deposit depends on your ownership level. For $39 online you can easily move as many points as you like to the Use Year of your choosing ($49 via the Vacation Planning Center).

Deposit your points for use up to two years with RCI. You’ll need to deposit a minimum of 10,000 points, but they’ll be there when you’re ready to start traveling again. Experience over 4,200 vacation club partners in 100+ countries.

Send a friend or family member on vacation. Use one of your Guest Confirmations — you receive at least two per year, more depending on your ownership level. Anytime a guest who is not travelling with you is checking in, they need to have a Guest Confirmation added in their name to the reservation.

What if my plans change and I have to cancel?

You may cancel your reservation without penalty 15 days or more before your scheduled arrival. That means you get all your points back, as well as your housekeeping credit.

If you had rented any points or purchased a housekeeping credit to complete that reservation, you will receive a refund of the fees spent.

If you cancel 14 days or less prior to your arrival date all points and the housekeeping credit will be forfeited.

The rules are a little different for last-minute (15 days or less prior to arrival) reservations. In this case, you have 24 hours to cancel your reservations without penalty and receive your points and housekeeping credit back.

For a little extra insurance, purchase Points Protection for $149. You can ensure your points aren’t lost in the event you need to cancel less than 15 days out.
