Important Resorts Update

As we help Club Wyndham owners turn their vacation dreams into reality, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of our resorts and ensuring you have the best experiences possible. To support this effort, we are making some important changes to the Club Wyndham resort collection.

Across our collection of resorts, there are world-class destinations where owners enjoy unforgettable vacations. While the vast majority of Club Wyndham resorts meet the expectations and desires of owners, we understand there are some properties that require significant upgrades or are simply located in destinations that aren’t as desirable as they once were. To keep maintenance fees affordable, avoid costly special assessments, and ensure each and every resort sets the stage for memorable vacations, a handful of resorts may be removed from the Club Wyndham portfolio.

This is a circumstance that is commonly occurring across the timeshare industry as properties age to the anticipated life expectancy of the resort or timeshare regime. This is similar to efforts by cruise lines who retire aging ships or airlines that decommission planes.

With these changes, we aim to alleviate maintenance fee burdens and enhance your satisfaction by offering you exciting new resort options in the future.

We will work with HOA boards in certain locations to determine the future for their respective properties. Owners with interest in these locations will be contacted by their HOA board directly.

Owners in good standing at these transitioned resorts will be offered the opportunity to swap their current inventory for equivalent Club Wyndham Access points at no cost to the owner. This way, owners can continue to enjoy their ownership benefits, or they may choose to receive their share of the sale proceeds for their ownership interest.

You can expect the same level of incredible vacations during this transition. If you have already made a reservation at one of these resorts, don’t worry. All existing reservations will be honored through the end of 2025.
