Introducing My Agent — Your New Virtual Assistant

To help elevate your online experience, the Club Wyndham owner website received an upgrade in the form of a virtual AI chatbot called “My Agent.” This new feature will bring several benefits, including providing faster responses to address your questions, minimizing the need to call in for assistance, and delivering a more user-friendly and engaging online experience overall. 

My Agent can:

  • Answer questions about available balances, bucket list, waitlist, resort details, and travel-related questions
  • Search by region, destinations, and vibes
  • Answer resort-specific questions
  • Cancel reservations and view reservation details, as well as personalized offers and travel planning

And the newest enhancement gives you real-time support through either the AI-powered My Agent or a Live Chat representative. You will see the My Agent icon in the bottom right corner of the website where you can choose between AI-powered My Agent topics or chat with a live representative.

  • What is My Agent?

    My Agent is the user interface where you can chat with an AI agent or a live agent from the call center that will be available for use to owners 24/7. It will interact with you through a messaging application on the Club Wyndham website. This AI chatbot will find answers to your questions via infocenter and your club website.

  • Does My Agent have the ability to escalate to an Owner Services guide?

    At this time, My Agent will encourage you to call Owner Services at 800-251-8736 for further assistance, if needed.

  • Where is My Agent located?

    It is be located on the post-login pages. It will appear in the lower right-hand corner of the screen for computer users and mobile devices.

  • How do I activate My Agent?

    My Agent will show as a message bubble icon in the bottom right corner where you can select the tray to type within to start asking questions.
