

To help elevate your online experience, the Club Wyndham owner website will be getting an upgrade in the form of a virtual AI chatbot called “My Agent.” This new feature will bring several benefits, including providing faster responses to address your questions, minimizing the need to call in for assistance, and delivering a more user-friendly and engaging online experience overall.

My Agent is the user interface where you can chat with an AI agent or (in the future) a live agent from the call center that will be available for use to owners 24/7. It will interact with you through a messaging application on the Club Wyndham website. This AI chatbot will find answers to your questions via infocenter and your club website.
At this time, My Agent will encourage you to call Owner Services at 800-251-8736 for further assistance, if needed.
It will be located on the post-login pages. It will appear in the lower right-hand corner of the screen for computer users and mobile devices.
My Agent will show as a message bubble icon in the bottom right corner where you can select the tray to type within to start asking questions.
