All Club Wyndham Vacation Club service departments will be closed as of 6:00 p.m. ET on Monday, September 2nd, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. The Vacation Planning Center will reopen Tuesday, September 3rd at 8:00 a.m. ET. But, you can still book those bucket list vacations online.

Don’t Just Plan It – Book It With My Agent

Starting this month, My Agent can turn your plans into reservations. In addition to answering your questions and giving you real-time support, your virtual assistant can now help you book your next vacation using your Club Wyndham points.

Simply select the My Agent icon in the bottom-right corner of the website to get started. From there, you can browse AI-powered topics or connect with a live representative.

Coming Soon: AI On The Go

Later this year, you'll be able to take your virtual assistant with you in the Club Wyndham mobile app under a new name: My Agent AI Concierge. You'll have convenient access to enhanced self-service tools, travel support, and personalized assistance, all in one place.

What is My Agent?

My Agent is the user interface where you can chat with an AI agent or a live agent from the call center that will be available for use to owners 24/7. It will interact with you through a messaging application on the Club Wyndham website. This AI chatbot will find answers to your questions via info center and your club website.
Does My Agent have the ability to escalate to an Owner Services guide?

At this time, My Agent will encourage you to call Owner Services at 800-251-8736 for further assistance, if needed.
Where is My Agent located?

It is located on the post-login pages. It will appear in the lower right-hand corner of the screen for computer users and mobile devices.
How do I activate My Agent?

My Agent will show as a message bubble icon in the bottom right corner where you can select the tray to type within to start asking questions.
What types of reservations can I make with MyAgent?

Owners can make reservations using points with the AI chat feature. Owners can make reservations with points and/or credit cards saved to the online wallet when using the live chat feature.
