Updates To Your Post-Stay Survey

You may have noticed that your Post-Stay Survey looked a little different this month. These changes are intended to improve your survey-taking experience and help your club continue to listen, learn, and enhance your ownership based on your feedback.

What Changed:

  • The Post-Stay Survey was shortened by over 50% to make it quicker and easier to complete.
  • The email invitation is now coming from the resort rather than a generic research label. For example, you may see Club Wyndham Anaheim instead of Club Wyndham Research. Please look for your Post-Stay Survey invite in all of your email folders and/or inbox categories.

If you previously opted out of surveys and would like to begin receiving them again, please email the Customer Experience team at CustomerExperience@travelandleisure.com
