Updates To Your Post-Stay Survey

You may have noticed that your Post-Stay Survey looked a little different this month. These changes are intended to improve your survey-taking experience and help your club continue to listen, learn, and enhance your ownership based on your feedback.

What Changed

  • The Post-Stay Survey was shortened by over 50% to make it quicker and easier to complete.
  • The email invitation is now coming from the resort rather than a generic research label. For example, you may see Club Wyndham Anaheim instead of Club Wyndham Research.
  • You’ll receive your survey invitation via text message if you have a valid phone number on file. These texts are legitimate survey invitations, not spam, and you must click the link to begin the survey rather than replying directly to the message. If no mobile number is available, then the survey will continue to be sent by email. Please look for your Post-Stay Survey invite in all of your email folders and/or inbox categories.
