• Travelers entering Hawai’i who have been fully vaccinated in the U.S. (including its Territories) may bypass quarantine without a pre-travel COVID-19 test. The official record of vaccination must be uploaded to Safe Travels or printed out prior to departure and hard copy in hand when arriving in Hawai’i. The State of Hawai’i will also accept vaccine records that are digitally validated by Digital Health Pass Partners.
• Travelers entering Hawai’i who are not fully vaccinated must provide proof of negative molecular COVID-19 test prior to departing for Hawaii. Travelers without proof of a negative test result prior to departing are required to quarantine for 10 days upon arrival. This resort does not accept people quarantining per state requirements.

• Facial coverings or face masks are required by local or state order and must be worn in all public places. Please be sure to bring your facial covering(s)/mask(s) in order to comply.
• Negative molecular COVID-19 test results must be uploaded to Safe Travels Digital Platform and HI’s mandatory travel & health form done 24 hours prior to arrival in HI. Airport screeners will verify.

• Temporary flexible cancellation policy available through Aug 6, 2021. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.

• Our updated housekeeping protocols for our resort operation teams are in place to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19 for our associates as well as owners and guests. These protocols include temporarily suspending housekeeping services while suites are occupied, including stay-over cleans for extended stays.

• Due to the shortage of car rentals and rideshare transportation, travelers to Hawaii are strongly urged to secure a rental car at the time of booking. For assistance, please contact your Club Wyndham Travel Agency at 800-732-0203.

• Officials require travelers to Maui to use the Exposure Notification App for the duration of their stay. Users will be notified via the app of possible exposure to COVID-19.
