- Facial coverings or face masks are required by local or state order and must be worn in all public places. Please be sure to bring your facial covering(s)/mask(s) in order to comply.
- Travelers to Hawaii must provide proof of negative molecular COVID-19 test prior to departing for Hawaii. Travelers without a negative test result prior to departing are required to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. This resort does not accept people quarantining per state requirements.
- Negative molecular COVID-19 test results must be uploaded to Safe Travels Digital Platform and HI’s mandatory travel & health form done 24 hours prior to arrival in HI. Airport screeners will verify.
- Temporary flexible cancellation policy available through Nov. 30, 2020. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.
