COVID-19 Updates
- Temporary flexible cancellation policy available through Mar. 7, 2021. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.
- Our updated housekeeping protocols for our resort operation teams are in place to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19 for our associates as well as owners and guests. These protocols include temporarily suspending housekeeping services while suites are occupied, including stay-over cleans for extended stays.
- Some ski areas may be temporarily closed and/or accepting guests at a limited capacity in order to practice safe social distancing measures. Walk-ins may not be accepted. Please call your preferred ski area ahead of time to confirm availability and reserve your pass.
- Owners and guests must provide either proof of residency using a New England Driver’s License or attest that they have quarantined 14 days prior to arriving in New Hampshire and checking into the resort.
