OFFICIAL RULES: Club Wyndham Travel Online Booking Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”)

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES

SPONSOR: Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc., 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL 32821.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents and residents of Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario age 21 or older who are Club Wyndham owners. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Void where prohibited by law including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other commonwealths, territories and possessions.

ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins July 1, 2021 and ends December 31, 2021 (Entry Period). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. To enter, Club Wyndham Owners must book or cancel a travel reservation online (air, car, hotel, cruise) through Club Wyndham Travel at https://clubwyndham.wyndhamdestinations.com/us/en/deals-and-offers/owner-exclusives/club-wyndham-travel and complete travel by December 31, 2021. Valid for new reservations only. Entry will be automatic with each reservation transaction within the Entry Period. Canceling a reservation voids the entry.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: Owners may send a 3” X 5” card with the words Travel Online Booking Sweepstakes entry, their name and owner number to Club Wyndham Travel Online Booking Sweepstakes, 6277 Sea Harbor Drive. Orlando, FL. 32821.

PRIZE: The winner will receive one (1) $100 credit which may be used for airline, hotel, car rental or cruise reservations that are booked through the CLUB WYNDHAM Travel team. The travel credit expires five (5) months from date of issue. All amounts are represented in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prize is non-transferrable. No prize substitutions or redemptions allowed. A passport is required for all visitors to the United States, including those entering from Canada. WINNING: One winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsor on or about January 5, 2022 at Sponsor’s corporate office in Orlando, Florida. Winner need not be present to win. Official notice to winner will be sent by traceable method of delivery, return receipt requested. Canadian law requires that residents of Canada answer a skill testing question correctly prior to receipt of the prize. The question shall be included within the official notice of prize winnings. The prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed, it will remain un-awarded. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, which includes consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsor for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. This Affidavit of Authorization and Release must be signed by a notary public. The winner must currently be a Club Wyndham owner who has not rescinded their purchase, and must be in good financial standing.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries. Sponsor is not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. The name of the winner can be obtained after March 15, 2022, by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to Wyndham Destinations, c/o Owner Services, 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL 32821.
