  • Do I have to wait until my Use Year start date to book my vacation?

    Not at all. You can book 10 months in advance of your requested check-in at any resort in the Club Wyndham portfolio. If you want to travel back to your “home” resort(s), you can book beginning 13 months prior to your requested check-in date. Early bird gets the worm. So, take advantage of the booking windows and don’t wait until your start date to begin vacation planning.

  • How can I use my next year’s points to book an Advance Reservation Priority reservation?

    Advance Reservation Priority (ARP) reservations are a great way to take advantage of your vacation ownership. You do not have to do anything different. Based on your check-in date, your points will be automatically deducted from the Use Year you are travelling. You can find additional information on Advance Reservation Priority here.

  • How many nights can I book with my points?

    Your ownership gives you the flexibility to choose your length of stay and vacation destination. The amount of points you need will vary based on the resort you choose, the suite size, your length of stay, and the season your reservation falls into. Every resort has a points chart to indicate how many points you’ll need to book your vacation.

  • What are housekeeping credits and reservation transactions?

    Housekeeping credits are allocated along with your Use Year points. These credits are used for cleaning and preparing your suite prior to your arrival. You’ll need one housekeeping credit per reservation, no matter the suite size or length of stay. You can find additional information here.

    A reservation transaction is required for specific transactions like booking a reservation. Reservation transactions are awarded each calendar year. You can find additional information on reservation transactions here.

  • Can I book a reservation for my friend or family?

    One of the fun things you can do with your ownership is share your love for travel. Whenever you have a reservation where you will not be personally checking in and staying in the suite, it is necessary to add a guest confirmation to the reservation. You receive complimentary guest confirmations every calendar year. You can find additional information here.

  • Where can I find a copy of the directory or a list of resorts?

    A digital copy of the Club Wyndham Member’s Directory and other publications can be found here. You can also request a physical copy of the directory to be mailed to you by calling the Club Wyndham New Owner Engagement line at 866-514-6172 (Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST; Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST).

  • Where can I learn more about making the most of my ownership?

    The New Owner Quick Start Page is a section that has been created to address the needs of our new owners. You can find articles and videos that tackle a variety of topics to help you understand the basics of ownership, vacation planning, navigating the website, tips and tricks, as well as registering to attend owner webinars featuring live Q&A.
