LABOR DAY EARLY CLOSURE

All Club Wyndham Vacation Club service departments will be closed as of 6:00 p.m. ET on Monday, September 2nd, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. The Vacation Planning Center will reopen Tuesday, September 3rd at 8:00 a.m. ET. But, you can still book those bucket list vacations online.

What is the Waitlist and how does it work?

The waitlist benefit allows Club Wyndham owners to submit a request to be notified if their desired dates become available for booking.
How far in advance should I book a vacation with my points?

Your points stay active for a 12-month period known as your Use Year. Planning ahead and booking at least 10-13 months out can increase your chances of getting the resort and travel dates that you want.
What is the Region Search tool and how do I use it?

The Region Search tool is a feature on your owner website that allows you to search an area of the map for resorts in or around that location.
Can I have more than one Waitlist request at a time?

Yes. You may have two (2) active waitlist requests per owner number at a time.
