Club Wyndham Waitlist
When you’re looking to book your next Club Wyndham vacation, what do you do if you can’t find resort availability? Add yourself to the waitlist.
Submitting a waitlist request is a great way to allow your owner website to do the work for you. If you can’t find the perfect resort, suite, or dates during your normal reservations search you will be given the option to submit a waitlist request.
Waitlist requests can be submitted from 10 months to 2 months prior to your check-in date. You can choose the desired location, suite type, dates, and length of stay. If a match becomes available, you will be notified to book the vacation.

How To Submit A Waitlist Request — Club Wyndham
All Club Wyndham Select, Club Wyndham Access, Presidential Reserve, and Margaritaville Vacation Club by Club Wyndham members are eligible to submit a waitlist request.
You may submit up to two (2) active waitlist requests at a time.
If there is an account hold on reservations this must be satisfied prior to accepting and completing the reservation. Normal Club Wyndham booking rules apply.
Waitlist requests can be modified, with a vacation guide, or canceled at any time during the request period.
Once you are matched with your desired resort and travel dates, you will receive an email and have 48 hours to accept, modify, or decline the matched request. Modifying your matched request during the 48-hour window will be treated as a new request and place you in the queue as such.
When a waitlist request is accepted, a non-refundable $25 waitlist fee will be charged at the time of booking.

Pro Tip: You can modify your waitlist request with a vacation guide over the phone, prior to a match, and keep your spot in line if the resort you selected and one (1) of the original dates you requested is still included.

Wyndham Club Pass resorts are not eligible for waitlist requests with this deployment. Additionally, waitlist requests for Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham - Rio Mar, and Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham - St. Thomas will only be available for Presidential Reserve owners when the update is deployed. Future enhancements will allow other members to submit a waitlist request for these locations.
Yes. you will receive an email once your request is matched. Once you receive the email, you will have 48 hours to accept or cancel the match. This can be done via the vacation planning center or online at clubwyndham.com. If you would like to modify your request you must call the vacation planning center. If the match is canceled, it will be returned to the waitlist queue and matched with the next member in line.
