What is the Club Wyndham Access swap offer?
If your contract is tied to one of the impacted resorts, you may be eligible to swap it for an equivalent number of Club Wyndham Access points at no additional cost — allowing you to continue vacationing across Club Wyndham and RCI resorts. Maintenance fees and the Club Wyndham Plus program fee will still apply to all contracts under your membership.

Who qualifies for the swap?
To be eligible, you must be current on maintenance fees, have no outstanding loan balance, and be in good standing with program rules and guidelines.

What happens if I accept the swap?
You will not receive any net proceeds from the sale of the property. A dedicated team will guide you through the paperwork, which typically takes approximately 14 business days once documentation is returned.

What if I don't want to swap?
You can indicate that preference through the form for your resort. You'll receive information from your HOA on the property sale and your ownership interest from there.

I don’t see my resort on the list above, are they included in the swap?
