Unplug & Play At Casinos

1. The Cosmopolitan
Place your bets. The Cosmopolitan Race & Sports Book is the prime spot for sports and racing. Adjacent is the table games area if that’s your preference, or sip a handcrafted cocktail while lounging inside a giant crystal chandelier.

2. The Strat
If you want actual thrills alongside your high-stakes casino thrills, The Strat is the place to go. Try the Big Shot drop tower, SkyJump open-air leap, or see the Vegas skyline from the 100+ story tall observation deck.

3. The LINQ
Party while you play at The LINQ. Think more than 800 spirited slot machines plus a variety of table games, including blackjack, roulette, craps, and poker. Plus, take in city views on the High Roller Observation Wheel.

4. The Bellagio
The Bellagio is known for its elegance — and its casino is no different. Play the slots, table games, or poker, then stick around for an amazing performance of “O” by Cirque du Soleil.

5. The Luxor
Gamble inside an Egyptian-themed pyramid at The Luxor — enough said. Plus, catch a show like Blue Man Group or America’s Got Talent.

Foodie Favorites For Every Meal

1. Breakfast At District
Just a 15-minute walk from the resort, head inside The Cosmopolitan to District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew. Order up a specialty coffee paired with fluffy, yeast-raised donuts — flavors rotate every day.

2. Lunch At Viva Las Arepas
Viva Las Arepas is the spot for tasty, authentic arepa sandwiches. Order ahead online if you’d like, and try lunch favorites like the shredded beef arepas.

3. Dinner At Black Tap
For a casual dinner, look no further than Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer in The Venetian. Order up a juicy burger and a signature Crazyshake in flavors like key lime pie or Nutella.

4. Fine Dining At CUT
If you’re a steak aficionado, CUT by Wolfgang Puck is the place to treat yourself. Found inside The Palazzo, splurge on the porterhouse to share and be sure to make a reservation in advance.

5. Ice Cream At Lappert’s
Located inside the California Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas, Lappert’s Ice Cream scoops up some of the best in the city. Try tropical flavors like manila mango or macadamia nuts.

Downtown Urban Exploration

1. The Fremont Street Experience
If you only do one thing in downtown Las Vegas, this is it. At The Fremont Street Experience, you can take a thrilling ride on the 11-story SlotZilla zip line, listen to nightly live music, see the Viva Vision Light Show, and much more.

2. The Mob Museum
Skipping the Mob Museum would be (forgive us) downright criminal. Here, you can discover the seedy secrets of organized crime’s history and its impact on America.

3. The Neon Museum
There’s no better introduction to all things Vegas than a tour around the colorful Neon Museum. Don’t miss the Neon Boneyard, a collection of more than 200 old neon signs that tell the history of the city.

4. Downtown Container Park
Downtown Container Park is a unique open-air shopping mall constructed entirely from old shipping containers, plus a (random) giant metal praying mantis sculpture. Kids will love the interactive playground while you sip on a drink or shop around.

5. The Laundry Room At Commonwealth
For a true speakeasy experience, head to The Laundry Room, a reservation-only bar only accessible through a discrete entrance inside of Commonwealth. Go for the craft cocktails made by a barkeep who creates unique concoctions based on what tastes you like.

Trailblazing State & National Parks

1. Lake Mead National Recreation Area
Lake Mead has a little bit of everything with hiking, swimming, and fishing in stunning surroundings that feel a world away while just 30 minutes from the resort. Bonus: See the Hoover Dam while you’re in the area.

2. Red Rock Canyon
About 35 minutes west of the resort, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area’s main attraction is the Scenic Drive. The 13-mile drive through Red Rock Canyon showcases the stunning landscape and allows for parking to hop out of the car and hike or walk one of the trailheads.

3. Mount Charleston
Vegas’ best-kept secret, get a taste of the great outdoors at Mount Charleston in Spring Mountains National Recreation Area, about an hour away. Try hiking one of the trailheads and break for lunch at one of five picnic areas.

4. Valley Of Fire State Park
See the famed bright red sandstone for yourself with a trip to Valley of Fire, a little over an hour away. The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset for a small fee where you can take on a number of day hikes or scenic drives.

5. Grand Canyon National Park
One of the world’s most epic canyons awaits at Grand Canyon National Park. Walk around the edge on the Canyon Rim Trail, hike into the canyon itself, or raft down the Colorado River to experience the Grand Canyon in a whole new way. Drive just over two hours to the West Entrance or hop on a helicopter tour.

Bucket List R&R

1. Grand Canal Shoppes
R&R stands for rest and retail here. Located at The Venetian, the Grand Canal Shoppes are a scenic walk — or gondola ride — complete with painted-sky ceilings, cobblestone paths, and luxury shops.

2. The Spa at Encore
Pamper yourself with an aromatherapy massage at The Spa at Encore, an award-winning spa that received the Forbes Five-Star Award. Or improve your odds at the casino later with their signature Good Luck Ritual.

3. Forum Shops at Caesars Palace
If you’re craving a shopping spree, Forum Shops is an opulent shopping mall featuring designer stores surrounded by marble columns, Roman-themed statues, and majestic fountains.

4. Qua Baths & Spa
At Qua Baths & Spa, the Roman baths will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. For a signature retreat, try the world’s only Arctic Ice Room complete with falling snow.

5. Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens
For garden lovers, the awe-inspiring Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens are available for a relaxing stroll after all that shopping and pampering. Be sure to stick around to experience the classic Bellagio fountain show.
