All heating and cooling systems are in the ceiling of the bathroom in each unit. The compressor for the unit may product a noticeable level of noise.
All 1 Bedroom Accessible units are beside the elevator. You may hear elevator operations in the unit.
This resort is a shared-use property. Other associations may allow for different rules. Please follow all guidelines outlined for your club.
Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. The parking garage has a height restriction of 6'9", and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Guests can park anywhere in the underground parking garage except designated Avis® parking stalls.
Pool and hot tub hours are 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool is heated and open year-round. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.

Winter tires or chains required on Sea to Sky Highway (Horseshoe Bay-Whistler) from October 1 to March 31. Tires must have M+S or mountain/snowflake symbol.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.
The Cascade Strata/HOA does not permit bikes in units. There is a bike storage available in the parking garage for all guests of the Cascade Lodge.
Lock boxes are prohibited on all unit doors.
All suites will feature WorldMark amenities (housewares and coffee), and WorldMark guidelines will apply to checkout time (11 a.m.) and Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
