• Travelers to Hawaii must provide proof of negative molecular COVID-19 test prior to departing for Hawaii. Travelers without a negative test result prior to departing are required to quarantine for 10 days upon arrival. This resort does not accept people quarantining per state requirements.

• Negative molecular COVID-19 test results must be uploaded to Safe Travels Digital Platform and HI’s mandatory travel & health form done 24 hours prior to arrival in HI. Airport screeners will verify.

• Temporary flexible cancellation policy available through Jan. 29, 2021. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.

• The State of Hawaii requires the resort to publish the Health and Safety plan, which is available here.

• Guests are subject to the Hawaii Timeshare Occupancy Tax, payable at check-out.
• A $100 refundable security deposit is required at check-in (credit card only).
• There are no elevators at this resort.
• Please contact the resort directly for special needs or requirements, as two-bedroom ground floor suites are very limited and only assigned by the resort.
