• Facial coverings or face masks are required by local or state order and must be worn in all public places. Please be sure to bring your facial covering(s)/mask(s) in order to comply.

• Temporary flexible cancellation policy available through Jan. 14, 2022. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.

• Our updated housekeeping protocols for our resort operation teams are in place to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19 for our associates as well as owners and guests. These protocols include temporarily suspending housekeeping services while suites are occupied, including stay-over cleans for extended stays.

• A non-essential travel restriction has been issued for Kauai Island beginning Dec. 2, 2020. We will not be allowed to accept owner and guest check-ins while this order is in effect, and as a result will temporarily close the resort. 

• If you are traveling from another state or country, follow the travel guidelines and actions required in the Safe Travels program.

• No air conditioning
• No elevators
• Front desk hours are 8 a.m.-11 p.m.
• If you plan to arrive at the resort outside of normal front desk hours, please call the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.
• The on-site beach is not suitable for swimming. The nearest swimmable beach is five minutes from the resort.
• Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
• Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
