• The resort will be undergoing exterior renovations from Aug. 21 - Oct. 1, 2026. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews. All amenities will remain available throughout the construction. Dates are subject to change.
• Annual Park Closures: West Gate is closed from Oct 31 - Dec 14, 2026. Reopening Dec 15, 2026 for the Winter Season.

• There is on-site parking available, and the resort is able to accommodate RVs, snowmobiles, and boat trailers.
• Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.

• All suites will feature WorldMark amenities (housewares and coffee), and WorldMark guidelines will apply to checkout time (11 a.m.) and Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
