Our updated housekeeping protocols for our resort operation teams are in place to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19 for our associates as well as owners and guests. These protocols include temporarily suspending housekeeping services while suites are occupied, including stay-over cleans for extended stays.

Some ski areas may be temporarily closed and/or accepting guests at a limited capacity in order to practice safe social distancing measures. Walk-ins may not be accepted. Please call your preferred ski area ahead of time to confirm availability and reserve your pass.
Resort amenities are available, except where prohibited by state or local mandate. Please note: Kids Clubs are temporarily closed.
The resort is located 6,650 ft above sea level, which may require some adjustment for those living at lower altitudes.
All suites are hotel size and have limited cooking facilities
Outdoor pools are closed for winter from November 1 to April 1
The pool, hot tub, recreation room, fitness center, and community kitchen are closed until after renovations are finished. During this time, you may encounter noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site. Please contact the resort for more information.
