• The resort will be undergoing an amenity renovation from January thru April 2027. The Pool and Common Area spaces will be closed during this time. Additionally, noise and dust can be expected as we work to improve the resort.

• Grocery, restaurants and shopping about a mile away.
• This is a non-smoking resort.
• Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. There is no parking for recreational vehicles, boats or trailers on property.
• Not all suites are oceanfront, we are unable to guarantee oceanfront views.
• Most of the pool space is located on the indoor side for your enjoyment all year-round with a few feet extended outside for your sunbathing pleasure during warmer months.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• Suite layouts vary and are not guaranteed.
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
