All Club Wyndham service departments will be closed for Thanksgiving beginning at 6pm EST on Wednesday Nov. 22. The Vacation Planning Center will reopen Friday, Nov. 24. During the holiday, you can still book your vacations online.
Spread your love of travel. Guest Confirmations let you share your ownership with family and friends. Whenever you have a reservation where you will not be personally checking in and staying in the suite, simply add a Guest Confirmation to the reservation.
One of the many perks of your Club Wyndham membership is Guest Confirmations. Each calendar year, you’ll receive Guest Confirmations based on your level of ownership. Need more? You can purchase an additional Guest Confirmation for $99 when booking online or $129 with a Vacation Guide by calling 800-251-8736.
COMPLIMENTARY GUEST CONFIRMATIONS PER CALENDAR YEAR

*For Platinum and Founders members, eligible points are those associated with ownership interests purchased directly through Club Wyndham or its affiliates, Bonus Points, and PIC Plus points.
*15 per million VIP eligible points, plus an additional 5 for any remaining VIP eligible points in excess of 500,000.
VIP Founders members will receive 15 Guest Confirmations per every 1,000,000 eligible points and 5 Guest Confirmations for every additional 500,000 eligible points owned thereafter. Eligible points are points associated with ownership interests purchased directly through Wyndham Vacation Resorts or its affiliates.
For VIP Members that also own Non-VIP Eligible Points, such members will receive two (2) Guest Confirmations in addition to any Guest Confirmations they receive in connection with the VIP Program.
Guest Confirmations are allotted on January 1 of each year, regardless of your Use Year start date. Any unused Guest Confirmations expire on December 31 of each year.
Guest Confirmations are required for any reservation that you will not be personally checking into.
Guest Confirmations are nonrefundable, so be sure to add the correct name and information when adding your guest. Changing a name requires an additional Guest Confirmation.
If you have more than one suite reserved for dates that overlap within the same time period, you must obtain the required Guest Confirmation(s) within 48 hours of the reservation(s) being made. If you have not obtained the required Guest Confirmation(s) within 48 hours of the reservation(s) being made, the additional reservation(s) may be subject to cancellation, and the corresponding points may be forfeited in accordance with the cancellation policy.
When booking overlapping reservations within 48 hours of check-in, a Guest Confirmation must be added at the time of booking. If you do not have the required guest information you will not be able to confirm the reservation(s).
Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID in order to check in to the resort, unless otherwise specified.
As the Club Wyndham owner, you are responsible for your guests and they are subject to all program rules and regulations at the resort they are visiting.
