The majority of resorts are open and ready to welcome you on vacation! The standard cancellation policy is now in effect, with the exception of certain resort locations.

Specific resorts may continue to temporarily extend their cancellation policy, with dates varying based on local travel restrictions or temporary resort closures. Visit your resort page for cancellation policy details.

Get Vacation Ready

Now that most of your Club Wyndham resorts are back open, we’re staying Vacation Ready and raising the bar for excellence in cleanliness.

With our enhanced health and safety protocols in place, our cleaning teams need a little extra time to ensure we’re ready for you. Effective Sept. 3, 2020, we’ll suspend one-night bookings so we’re able to better prepare for arriving owners and help you travel with peace of mind.

Protecting Your Ownership

Stay protected from timeshare scams, misleading advertisements, and fraud. Visit the consumer safety page for further details about how to protect your ownership and avoid common scams. If you or someone you know has been targeted, please report it to the Scambusters team.
