We’re excited to announce that we will begin a phased reopening of our resorts beginning May 26, 2020. See below for details about the phased resort reopenings, the flexible cancellation policy, and more.
We’re happy to announce that we will begin to reopen resorts in phases beginning May 26, 2020. Phased resort reopening schedules will vary by state and resort. Each resort will reopen on an individual basis and with a limited occupancy in adherence with enhanced cleaning standards and social distancing guidelines.

If you have an upcoming reservation, we will notify you via email if it is impacted. We will cancel your reservation for you – you do not need to take any action. Your vacation points, housekeeping credits, and reservation transaction(s) will be returned to your account within 72 hours.

If you need to cancel an upcoming reservation with an arrival date through June 30, 2020, you can do so online without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Your vacation points, housekeeping credits, and reservation transaction(s) will be returned to your account within 72 hours.
