LABOR DAY EARLY CLOSURE

All Club Wyndham Vacation Club service departments will be closed as of 6:00 p.m. ET on Monday, September 2nd, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. The Vacation Planning Center will reopen Tuesday, September 3rd at 8:00 a.m. ET. But, you can still book those bucket list vacations online.

Now Available: New Club Pass Online Booking Feature

Building on last year’s web update that allowed you to search Club Pass availability online, another website enhancement allows you to book and cancel Club Pass reservations right here on your owner website, easy as pie. That’s right — you no longer have to book Club Pass reservations over the phone (hip hip hooray).

And it gets even better — using the new Club Pass online booking feature will save you big time on your Club Pass exchange fee. The exchange fee for online Club Pass reservations is $79 — now that’s a deep discount!

How do I book a Club Pass reservation online?

The Club Pass online booking process is the same process you use to search and book a Club Wyndham resort reservation on your owner website. Simply search availability at a Club Pass resort (using the steps outlined here) and then click “Book” when you’ve found your desired suite and available dates.
What are the fees for Club Pass reservations?

The exchange fee for Club Pass reservations is $149 for reservations booked over the phone, and a reduced rate of $79 for reservations booked online. Guest fees for Club Pass reservations are $49 for bookings made online or over the phone.
Are Club Pass fees refundable?

Yes. If you cancel a Club Pass reservation outside of the 15-day cancellation window, all fees paid will be fully refunded to your original source of payment.
In addition to booking, can I cancel or modify Club Pass reservations online?

You now have the ability to book and cancel Club Pass reservations online. Modifications to Club Pass reservations need to be done over the phone through the Vacation Planning Center.
Are Club Pass reservations eligible for Points Protection?

No. Club Pass reservations are not eligible for Points Protection at this time.
