• The resort is undergoing an expansion project slated to begin October 2025. The construction is expected to continue through the year of 2026. The building is scheduled to be painted. Expect scaffolding along the façade and possible view obstruction from the balconies. Additionally, you may experience noise, dust, odor, disruption to parking, work crews and heavy equipment onsite. Dates are subjected to change.
  

• Beginning Jan 1, 2026, you will receive a $200 room credit to use at any outlet that allows for room charges, including but not limited to: 

  • The Spa 

  • GV-level dining 

  • Regatta Bay Golf Course* 

  The credit is per reservation and not transferable or redeemable. Any charges over the $200 are the sole responsibility of the guest. *Must be booked through the Emerald Grande.

• The third bedroom in the 3 Bedroom Deluxe Pool View unit, is a small room with bunk beds and no closet.

• The Sunset Suites are located in a stand alone building located in close proximity to the main towers.

• All Sunset Suite Loft units have spiral staircases that lead to the bedrooms.
• Minimum check-in age is 25.
• Check-in for all Owners and guests is at 4:00 p.m. 
  
• A credit card (Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express®) is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• Resort located in close proximity to lively music and entertainment
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
