Travelers entering Hawai’i who have been fully vaccinated in the U.S. (including its Territories) may bypass quarantine without a pre-travel COVID-19 test. The official record of vaccination must be uploaded to Safe Travels or printed out prior to departure and hard copy in hand when arriving in Hawai’i. The State of Hawai’i will also accept vaccine records that are digitally validated by Digital Health Pass Partners.
Travelers entering Hawai’i who are not fully vaccinated must provide proof of negative molecular COVID-19 test prior to departing for Hawaii. Travelers without proof of a negative test result prior to departing are required to quarantine for 10 days upon arrival. This resort does not accept people quarantining per state requirements.
Beginning Sep. 13, 2021, all customers wishing to enter restaurants, bars, gyms, entertainment venues, and other O’ahu establishments will need to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours. Facial coverings or face masks are required by local or state order and must be worn in all public places. Please be sure to bring your facial covering(s)/mask(s) in order to comply.
Negative molecular COVID-19 test results must be uploaded to Safe Travels Digital Platform and HI’s mandatory travel & health form done 24 hours prior to arrival in HI. Airport screeners will verify.
Temporary flexible cancellation policy available through Oct. 15, 2021. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.
Our updated housekeeping protocols for our resort operation teams are in place to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19 for our associates as well as owners and guests. These protocols include temporarily suspending housekeeping services while suites are occupied, including stay-over cleans for extended stays.

Front desk hours are 8 a.m.- 9 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, you will need to call the resort during office hours to arrange for your keys to be made available.
Please note, the mixed-use Ilikai building may be periodically performing renovations to a select number of neighboring condominiums and common areas. Construction noise, odors, and crew on-site may be experienced.
As a resort located within the Ilikai complex, services offered by other entities may not be available, or may involve fees.
