• Temporary flexible cancellation policy available through Nov. 30, 2020. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.

• Most suites require stairs for entry. Try booking a special needs suite if you have trouble with stairs or contact the Vacation Planning center for more options.
• The resort does not have a pool, hot tub or fitness facility on site. These facilities are available a few blocks away for a daily fee.
• The parking lot is gravel and we have limited ability to remove snow in the winter.
• Parking is limited to one space per suite, and we are unable to accommodate oversized vehicles such as RVs, boats and trailers.
• The resort is located just over 7,000 feet above sea level, which may require adjustment for those used to lower altitudes.
