• U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.

• There is a daily energy fee of $16 assessed onsite.
• There are no elevators on property.
• The resort is built into a hillside. A minimum of 50 stairs is required to access all buildings from the lobby.
• There is a shuttle that operates until 9 p.m. to take guests from the lobby to the building where their unit is located.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
