COVID-19 Updates
Facial coverings or face masks are required by local or state order and must be worn in all public places. Please be sure to bring your facial covering(s)/mask(s) in order to comply.

Upon entry, USVI requires travelers to provide proof of negative COVID-19 molecular test taken up to 5 days prior to arrival or self-quarantine for 14 days. Mandatory temperature testing upon arrival.

Temporary flexible cancellation policy available through May 16, 2021. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.

Our updated housekeeping protocols for our resort operation teams are in place to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19 for our associates as well as owners and guests. These protocols include temporarily suspending housekeeping services while suites are occupied, including stay-over cleans for extended stays.

Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.

For further assistance booking an accessible unit, please contact the Vacation Planning Center Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-7 p.m. PST and Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. PST at 1-800-457-0103.

There is a daily energy fee of $14 assessed onsite.

There are no elevators on property.

The resort is built into a hillside. A minimum of 50 stairs is required to access all buildings from the lobby.

There is a shuttle that operates until 9 p.m. to take guests from the lobby to the building where their unit is located.
